HOA-NC Is All NEW!

If you are a regular HOA-NC.com visitor, you have no doubt noticed our new look. We have learned much from your visit patterns and also listened to your feedback.  This new site represents over a year of completely redesigning everything from the look, the navigation, content and features.  Here are some highlights.

  • The Home Page is all new. We learned that there are six interest groups that typically visit the site, each with different needs. As a result, visitors can jump immediately to the content targeted to their needs. 
  • Visitors can also jump immediately to the three HOA-NC Directories for our databases of 15,206 homeowner associations; management companies, and Partners.
  • The home page also has space dedicated to current news that can be updated immediately.
  • The login process has been improved. Registered users can maintain now their own user Profile and passwords.
  • As a service to every site visitor, certain content such as FAQ's is freely available without registration or login.
  • A Membership Program has been introduced that ensures that every association in the state can gain access to the most essential information to better govern their community as well as the ability to upload their restrictive covenants to their profile page.  (Totally Free).
  • Our paid memberships offer access to enhanced educational content, unlimited on-line documents, publication of Directors and Town Crier services.  All of these services are private and secure to just your residents.
  • The web design and technology have been upgraded to improve functionality and maintenance of the site.  This means that new FAQ's, Articles, and other changes can be posted in minutes.
  • In addition to the launch of our new website, we will also begin publication of the HOA-NC e-newsletter Neighbors and Neighborhoods to help keep our site visitors informed of issues affecting associations across the state.
